This banana-shaped vibrating screen (linear uniform thick screen) developed by Zhouchi Machinery, driven by the dual wheels of "structural adaptation + technical optimization", precisely addresses the pain points in the dewatering and medium removal process of coal mines. The equipment adopts a unique "banana-shaped variable inclination screen box" design. The inclination Angle of the screen surface smoothly transitions from 18° at the feeding end to 6° at the discharging end. Combined with the principle of linear equal thickness screening, it enables raw coal and clean coal to form a uniform material layer on the screen surface, avoiding the problems of incomplete dewatering and medium residue caused by feeding accumulation in traditional equipment. The maximum processing capacity of a single device can reach up to 200 tons per hour, with a stable dehydration efficiency of over 93%. It can keep the moisture content of clean coal below 16%, and the medium removal efficiency exceeds 98.5%.
