How to install the new vibrating screen purchased?

Before the purchased vibrating screen is put into production operation, one of the first things to do is to install the screen machine. This involves the installation of the vibrating screen. Vibrating screen manufacturers on the market, basically will provide customers with screen machine installation services, but some customers require the procurement of new vibrating screen installation. Then how to install the new vibrating screen?
The new vibrating screen equipment should be carefully checked before installation. Due to the manufacturing of finished product inventory stacked for a long time, such as bearing rust, aging seals or damaged during handling, etc., you need to replace the parts when you encounter these problems. There are also such as shaker, factory to prevent rust, injected with rust oil, should be replaced with lubricating oil before officially put into operation.
①Read the manual carefully before installation and make full preparation.
② Installation of support or hanging device. When installing, the foundation should be leveled, and then the parts should be installed in order according to the parts diagram of the supporting or hanging device and the installation diagram of the sieve. Before the spring is loaded, it should be selected according to the actual stiffness value marked on the end face.
③ Attach the sieve box to the supporting or hanging device. After loading, it should be adjusted according to the specified inclination angle. For hanging sieves, the inclination angle of the sieve box and the level of the sieve box spindle should be adjusted at the same time. The general line of horizontal leveling is adjusted to 3 eliminate the deflection of the screen box. After the horizontal correction, then adjust the longitudinal inclination of the screen box. The force of the vibration isolation spring should be uniform, and its force can be judged by measuring the compression of the spring. Generally, the compression of the two sets of springs at the feeding end must be the same, and so should the two sets of springs at the discharging end. The compression of the springs at the discharge end and the feed end can be different.
④Install the motor and triangle tape. When installing, the foundation of the motor should be leveled, the level of the motor should be corrected, the center lines of the two belt wheels corresponding to the grooves should be coincident, and the tension of the triangular belt should be appropriate.
⑤ Install and fix the screen surface as required.
⑥Check the fixing of each connecting part of the sieve (such as sieve plate, shaker, etc.), and the sieve mesh should be uniformly tensioned to prevent localized vibration. Check the lubrication of the transmission part, whether the wiring of the motor and control box is correct, and rotate the transmission part by hand to see whether the operation is normal.
(7) Check whether there is any collision phenomenon of the sieve's feeding, discharging chute and sieve funnel when working.
