"Revolutionizing Crushing: The Launch of Our Factory's Advanced High-Efficiency Intelligent Jaw Crushers"

Recently, the new generation of high-efficiency and intelligent jaw crusher independently developed by our factory has successfully passed the industrial test, and all performance indicators have reached the advanced level in China. This equipment has overcome the pain points of traditional equipment such as high energy consumption, low efficiency and cumbersome operation. It will empower crushing operations in fields such as mining, construction and infrastructure, demonstrating our factory's technical strength in related manufacturing areas.

The jaw crusher is the core equipment for crushing operations and is widely used in fields such as mineral development and construction waste recycling. In response to the current industry situation such as rising environmental protection requirements, increasing labor costs and higher quality demands, our factory initiated the research and development of a new generation of equipment at the beginning of 2022, aiming to break through the performance bottlenecks of traditional equipment.
The new generation of equipment has achieved multiple breakthroughs in core technologies: By adopting a "deepened crushing cavity" design and combining it with a new type of wear-resistant liner plate, the crushing ratio has been increased to 10-15, which is over 30% higher than that of traditional equipment. The unit energy consumption has been reduced by 22%, and the maximum hourly processing capacity has reached 800 tons. The service life of wear-resistant liners is extended by 50%, significantly reducing maintenance costs.
Intelligent upgrade has become the core highlight. The equipment is equipped with an independently developed intelligent control system, which can collect 16 operating parameters in real time and analyze and regulate them in the cloud. Precise crushing can be achieved by setting parameters in the central control room. The fault early warning function reduces the equipment failure rate by 40% and enhances operational stability.
In a large-scale mine test in Shandong, this equipment performed well in crushing granite with a hardness of 180MPa, and its noise and dust emissions were both better than the national standards. Trial data shows that the equipment operates for over 20 hours a day on average, the qualified rate of finished products has increased from 85% to 98%, and the comprehensive operating cost has decreased by nearly 30%.

The successful development of this equipment has filled some of the gaps in the domestic high-end jaw crusher market and narrowed the technological gap with advanced foreign products. In light of the domestic infrastructure promotion and green mining policy background, after the equipment goes into mass production, it will facilitate the technological upgrade of the crushing equipment industry and support the green and low-carbon development of related industries.
At present, this equipment has obtained multiple national invention patents and has received over 50 orders both at home and abroad. Our factory will accelerate the expansion of production lines to enhance production capacity, continuously increase investment in research and development, and develop scenario-based customized products to provide customers with more efficient and environmentally friendly crushing equipment solutions.
