I.PURPOSE AND CHARACTERISTICS
DZK series linear vibration sieve is a widely used screening machine,which is mainly used in coal,metallurgy,mining,chemical industry and other industries.
The sieve machine uses four flanges.
The vibration ator is fixed on the side plate of the sieve machine and rotates in reverse,so that the sieve machine produces linear vibration.Under this force,the material runs at a uniform speed to the dischargeend,which is less than the sievematerial Screening through,and then complete the screening operation.

1. The side plate and rivet hole are cut by high precision laser cutting machine with high manufacturing accuracy.
2. Rivet connection,no welding stress,the whole machine strength,long service life.
3. The beam is made of high quality high strength round pipe beam,which eliminates stress treatment after welding.The beam has light weight and high strength.
4. The shock shock adopts grease lubrication flange type shock shock,equipped with large gap vibration special bearing, eccentric block external, the shock force adjustment is convenient and fast.
6. The damping spring is made of steel spiral compression steel spring,which has large bearing capacity,good shock absorption effect and long service life.
5. Sieve board modular design,strong versatility and short supply cycle.
