DZX Series of large rectilinear vibrating screens
PURPOSE AND CHARACTERISTICS
DZX series large linear vibrating screen is a new type of screening machinery,which is mainly used in dehydration and rainage of coal washing plant,coal slime recovery,dry discharge of dressing plant tailings and mechanical sand plant water andwashing and dehydration and other occasions, can also be used in a variety of medium and fine grain material grading operations.
The screening machine introduces foreign advanced technology,and combined with the characteristics of domestic ctual working conditions Made,more in line with the needs of on-site use.
PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES
1. The side plate and rivet hole are cut by high precision laser cutting machine with high manufacturing accuracy.
2. Adopting rivet connection,no welding stress,high overall strength,and long service life.
3. The beam adopts rectangular hollow structure,and the whole stress relief is treated after welding.This design has high safety factor and high strength.
4. The surface of the lower crossbeam in contact with the material is sprayed with polyurea or bonded with TIPTOP high wear-resistant rubber protective layer,making the crossbeam have better impact resistance,corrosion resistance,and wear resistance.
5. The shock device beam adopts the flexible structure box design,which can adapt to the high shock force of the shock device.The reinforced flange of the large vibrator is specially designed to improve the strengthof the vibrating screen.
6. Adopting a thin oil lubrication box type vibrator,equipped with imported SKF and FAG high- performanceself-aligning roller vibration special bearings,and designed with multiple sealing structures to prevent foreign objects from entering the interior of the vibrator.Adopting high- precision heavy-duty helical gears,splashlubrication,stable and reliable quality,long fault free operation time,and low maintenance.
7. Sieve board modular design,strong versatility and short supply cycle.
8. The shock absorption spring adopts a seat mounted steel spiral compression steel spring,which has a large bearing capacity,good shock absorption effect,and long service life.
