I. Introduction

II. Structure and working principle
Circular vibrating screen (stone sieve) consists of vibration source (exciter), screen body, screen mesh, vibration damping device, base and so on.
Circular vibration sieve (stone sieve) is the use of ordinary motor outside the drag vibrator, so that the sieve body along the direction of the excitation force for periodic reciprocating vibration, the material in the sieve surface for circular motion, so as to achieve the purpose of screening.

V. Installation and commissioning
1, Before installation, check whether the parts are intact, complete, and comprehensive cleaning and inspection of the screen machine installation foundation.
2, The installation of the foundation of the buried steel plate and ground bolts provided by the user, a vibration isolation spring support under the four pre-buried support steel plate on the plane should be in the same horizontal plane, the length of the flatness error is not greater than 5mm, the width of the flatness error is not greater than 2mm, the steel plate should be supported by the beam.
3, Round vibration sieve (stone sieve) each part of the installation is completed, adjust the relative position, the primary and secondary isolation vibration spring are vertical state, the spring support and the lower part of the support steel plate spot welding welded. Welding, only allowed to weld the sides of the spring support, not allowed to weld the ends of the spring support.
4, Round vibration sieve (stone sieve) after 6-8 hours of trial operation, should check the screen plate and vibrator fastening, such as found loose should be tightened in a timely manner, the exciter bearing operating temperature should be 75 ℃.
