Working Principle
The screening drum of the drum screen is made of circular flat steel. When material enters, it continuously rotates and rolls as the drum tilts and rotates. Qualified material is discharged from the bottom discharge port at the rear end, while unqualified material is discharged from the tail discharge port. Material stuck in the holes can be ejected, ensuring excellent anti-blocking performance.
Structural Features
The shaftless type is suitable for materials prone to entanglement, large in volume, or subject to high impact, with a production capacity 20% higher than the shaftless type. The open design facilitates observation of the screening process.
