1. Introduction

The ZSK series coal washing and dewatering screens are available in various specifications and can be used in coal preparation, mineral processing, power generation, sugar production, salt production, and other industrial sectors for dry and wet screening, dewatering, coal removal, and desliming of medium and fine-grained materials. They are particularly suitable for fine-grained dewatering classification and the recovery of coal slurry or tailings.

2. Working Principle

The system employs dual motor drive self-synchronization technology. The vibrators are driven by wound couplings. The two sets of vibrators rotate synchronously in opposite directions. The vibrating forces generated by the eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor shaft and are superimposed as a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor shaft, thereby forming a single vibration along the vibrating force direction. The two shafts are inclined at an angle relative to the screen surface. Under the action of the vibrating force, the screen frame moves back and forth in a straight line. The material is thrown up on the screen surface and jumps forward in a straight line. Meanwhile, the V-shaped screen surface structure achieves a dewatering effect. Therefore, the coal washing dewatering screen is also known as a linear dewatering screen.
