
The self-synchronous exciter has high synchronization,which makes the equipment run more stably.The viscosity of the oil is relatively good,and the lubricating oil returns in a timely manner during the operation of the bearing roller,ensuring sufficient lubrication.
The oil has good flow ability and heat dissipation, and the bearing chamber adopts a thin oil lubrication system.When the exciter is operating at high speed,the internal lubricating oil is inmist-like form,providing lubrication without blind spots,and the heat dissipation is outstanding.Thin oil lubrication does not require daily lubricant replenishment like dry oil lubrication,only needing to replace the lubricating oil every1000 hours,which saves a lot of labor maintenance costs.Compared to dry oil exciters,it is better suited for low temperature environments.
