I. PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGE
Long lubrication cycle,small maintenance amount
Using dilute oil lubrication, the lubricating oil service cycle is long, only need to replace the lubricating oil once a month, without other maintenance, can achievecontinuous, efficient and stable operation.Compared with the traditional grease lubrication vibrator,it can save themaintenance time of about 340h a year, save the amount of lubricatingoil, reduce the equipment shutdownand maintenance, and save the maintenance cost.
Convenient oil change,visual oil window
The top of the shock absorber is equipped with a refueling hole, and the bottom is equipped with an oil release hole,no need to remove the equipment, the lubricating oil replacement is simple and convenient. The dilute oil lubricating vibrator is designed with visual oil window, which can observe the spare amount of lubricating oil at any time to effectively avoid unnecessary harm to the equipment due to excessive lubricating oil.
Uniform heat dissipation,tight sealing
Thin oil has uniform lubrication and has heat dissipation effect, tight sealing can effectively prevent dust from entering, the bottom oil discharge hole is equipped with magnetic bolts, can effectively remove the iron powder and other impurities caused by internal wear, greatly improve the service life of the bearing.
Sparse oillubrication, low temperature is easy to start
Sparse lubricating oil, easier to start in low temperature environment.
