1. Product introduction
Thin oil vibrator is the core part of the large vibrating screen, and the same specifications of the vibrator compared to WJZC-250-6 box type thin oil vibrator has a higher operation rate, as well as simple operation, small maintenance, lubrication and sealing performance is good. It is an ideal replacement for the vibration source of the existing large and medium-sized vibrating screen. Compared with the dry oil shaker, the maintenance rate is lower, the vibration force is stronger, the time to replace the gear oil is as long as March to June.
The vibrator uses the reverse self-synchronization principle to make the vibration machinery produce linear motion, the motor does not engage in vibration, through the universal coupling and vibration reliable connection, by the shell, shaft, bearing, eccentric block and other parts.
2. Working principle
The working principle of thin oil shaker is to use a self - synchronous inertia shaker. The two rotating shafts of the shaker are respectively driven by two motors with similar characteristics, and the two rotating shafts with eccentric blocks achieve reverse rotation at the same speed depending on the principle of vibration synchronization, so as to obtain the exciting force.

4. Installation mode
The thin oil shaker has two circulation modes: internal circulation and external circulation. There are two kinds of installation,one is Mosaic, the other is seat. The Mosaic type is the shaker installed on the screen on both sides of the vibrating screen, and the seat type is installed above or below the equipment.
