I. PURPOSE AND CHARACTERISTICS
ZYQS Series of high amp litude vibrating screen is a new type of screening machinery developed by our company to solve the deep screening of wet adhesive materials,which is mainly used in coal,electricpower,mining and other industries line of business.The screening machine adopts large amp litude,largevibration strength,low vibration frequency and self-cleaning screening surface,which effectively solves the p lugg ing and screening efficiency generated in the screening process of small particle wet sticky materials Low,poor screening effect of the problem.The screen machine has large processing capacity,good screening effect,low failure rate and low maintenance capacity,which is highly praised by users.
II. PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES
1. The vibration of multiple independent screen surface,the screen box and frame do not vibrate, and the amp litude of each screen surface can be adjusted.This structure reduces the vibration quality of the screen machine to the minimum,and the impact on the civil foundation Is 50% of the ordinary sieve machine,the equipment power reduction is more than doubled.
2. The amp litude is up to 25mm,much greater than the amp litude of ordinary vibrating screen 10mm, the material is strong throwing force,the material group is greater acceleration, the material group is greater acceleration,the material is forced loose,Stratification to maximize the screening efficiency.
