I.PURPOSE AND CHARACTERISTICS

Vibrat ion screen ing is ma in ly used to so lve the wor ldwide problem of wet and st icky fine part iculate matter screen ing,and can be wide ly used in coal,coa l chem ical industry,construct ion agg regate,non-ferrous meta I and other industries.The vibrat ion re laxat ion sieve is un ique in the principle of a single drive,that is,providing two vibrations by resonat ing a driver:a basic vibration(rotat ing eccentr ic block)and an add it iona I vibrat ion(f loat ing sieve frame).In the screen ingprocess,the vibration of the floating sieve frame causes the cont inuous expans ion of the elast ic polyurethane screen p late,and the shr inkage(800 times per minute)enab les the mater ia l to obta in a vibration strength of up to 50g,thus effectively prevent ing the blockage of the sieve hole.

II. PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES

The mainframe and floating beam of the sieve are designed with rubber shear spring and guide plate spring.The shear rubber spring transmits horizontal vibration to the floating sieve frame,and can adjust the floating screen frame Amp litude;the guide plate spring ensures the vibration direction of the floating screen frame and extends the service life of the rubber shear spring.

4. The side horn of the screen machine is designed to form a seal,and the side p late has no wear, and prevents the sieve material from leaking under the sieve.

5. The vibration amp litude of the floating screen frame can be adjustable,and the vibration intensity is adjustable in the range of 10-50g.
