Product Features
1. Introduction
The PC400 * 300 hammer crusher is suitable for crushing various materials that are brittle, medium-hard, and have a compressive strength of less than 150MPa. The machine features a new technology for hammer casting, which is wear-resistant and impact-resistant. It can be adjusted to the required particle size according to customer requirements, while the body structure is sealed to solve the problems of dust pollution and dust leakage in the crushing workshop. Additionally, it boasts an aesthetically pleasing overall design, compact structure, minimal wear parts, and ease of maintenance, making it a significant upgrade over previous models.
2. Working Principle
The hammer mill primarily relies on impact to crush materials. The crushing process proceeds as follows: materials enter the crusher and are crushed by the impact of high-speed rotating hammers. The crushed materials gain kinetic energy from the hammers. They then collide with the machine frame, screen bars, and other components at high speed, while also colliding with each other, undergoing multiple crushing cycles. Materials smaller than the screen gaps are discharged through the gaps. Larger individual materials are further crushed, ground, and squeezed on the screen, and the material is forced out through the gaps by the hammers, thereby achieving the desired product size. Hammer mills are divided into reversible and non-reversible types. Reversible hammer mills have reversible rotors and are generally used for fine crushing; non-reversible hammer mills have non-reversible rotors and are generally used for medium crushing.
3. Product Advantages
01 Suitable for Various Materials
The hammer mill series is suitable for crushing medium-hardness and brittle materials such as limestone, coal, salt, gypsum, alum, bricks, tiles, and coal gangue. The compressive strength of the crushed material is up to 150 MPa, making it applicable for industries such as cement, coal preparation, power generation, building materials, chemicals, metallurgy, and compound fertilizers.
02 Rational and efficient hammer design
The hammer crusher is made of high-quality steel and undergoes strict heat treatment processes to achieve a single austenitic structure. Its service life is more than five times longer than that of manganese steel and rail products, with a work efficiency increase of over 30%.
03 Three-stage crushing for high efficiency and energy savings
The hammer crusher employs an energy-driven hammer impact crushing mechanism. Additionally, the material struck by the hammer collides at high speed with the rebound plate, and the rebound plate's recoil further impacts the material struck by the hammer. While three crushing forces are involved, only the energy required to drive the hammer is consumed, making the hammer crusher highly efficient and energy-saving.
04 Stable Operation and Excellent Crushing Performance
The hammer crusher features an aesthetically pleasing design and compact structure, with each component rigorously screened to ensure prolonged normal operation. It achieves a high crushing ratio, uniform product particle size (typically cubic), and avoids over-crushing.
