Motor Description
Vibration motors have a wide range of applications and can be found in virtually every industry. In the industrial sector, they can be used for mixing, blending, screening, and other operations, as well as for wastewater treatment, sand screening, crushing, and other tasks.
Material Description
A vibrating motor mainly consists of a stator, rotor, and magnets. When the magnets pass through a magnetic field, the rotor generates rotational motion. When three-phase sinusoidal alternating current is applied to the stator, an electromagnetic force is generated between the stator and rotor, creating electromagnetic vibration. Under the influence of this electromagnetic force, the rotor undergoes periodic left-right rotation, thereby achieving functions such as material conveyance, crushing, and mixing.
