Product Principle
Vibrating ore discharge machine is a vibrating motor as a power source, using the centrifugal force generated by the eccentric blocks installed at both ends of the vibrating motor spindle in the rotating movement to get the excitation force, driving the vibrating ore discharge machine table and materials to do the cycle of straight line reciprocating vibration, when the acceleration of the vibration of the ore discharge machine body is vertically greater than the acceleration of gravity, the materials in the machine body are thrown up and jump forward according to the trajectory of the parabola motion, thrown up and down in an instant. The throwing and dropping are completed in an instant. Due to the continuous vibration of the vibrating motor, the put ore body also vibrates continuously, and the material in the body jumps forward continuously, so as to achieve the purpose of putting ore and conveying ore.

Installation and Commissioning
1. Before installing the seat type ore releasing machine, firstly compare the site foundation with the installation drawing of the ore releasing machine, after checking, pre-embedded steel plate, the thickness of the steel plate is 20mm, and the flatness is not more than 1.5%.
2. After the installation of the ore discharger is finished, adjust the relative position, and then weld the spring base and the pre-buried steel plate firmly.
3. The two vibration motors must be turned to the opposite direction. 4.
4. After installation and running for 1 hour, check whether the machine is running smoothly, the cross swing is not more than 0.5mm, and the vibration motor bolts are tightened. 5.
5. In use if the processing capacity is not enough, under the permitted circumstances, can adjust the size of the vibration motor excitation force, in order to achieve the best results. 6.
6. Adjustment of stinging force: a. Remove the protective cover b. Loosen the two inner eccentric blocks c. Adjust the two outer eccentric blocks at the same phase and angle d. Tighten the adjusting bolts and install the protective cover e. The temperature rise of the vibrating motor bearings is not more than 80OC (resistance method).
7. During the working process of the ore discharger, attention should be paid to whether the movement of the machine body is smooth, if abnormal operation or abnormal sound is found, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
8. Vibrating motor bearings are lubricated with 3# lithium grease once a week, and the bearings should be inspected and cleaned once a year to check the wear and tear of the bearings, and replaced and repaired in time if necessary.
9. The fastening bolts of the connecting parts should be checked frequently to see if they are loose and eliminate the hidden danger in time.
