1. Introduction
Lightweight linear dewatering screens are primarily designed for dewatering and desliming. They are suitable for applications such as sand washing in sand and gravel plants, coal slurry recovery in coal preparation plants, and tailings dry stacking. These screens are also known as sand and gravel dewatering screens, mining dewatering screens, coal slurry dewatering screens, tailings dewatering screens, and high-frequency dewatering screens.

3. Working Principle
Utilizes dual motor drive self-synchronization technology, where the shaking table is driven by winding coupling. Two sets of shaking tables rotate synchronously in opposite directions, The vibrational force generated by the eccentric blocks is offset in the direction parallel to the motor shaft axis and stacked as a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor shaft axis, thereby forming a single vibration along the direction of the vibrational force. The two shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the action of the vibrational force, the screen box performs reciprocating linear motion, The material is thrown onto the screen surface and moves forward in a straight line. The V-shaped screen surface structure is adopted to achieve better dewatering effects.

5. Product Advantages
1. The dewatering screen uses a vibrator driven by a standard motor, with an overall riveted structure, making it more suitable for 24-hour continuous production;
2. The V-shaped screen surface design enhances dewatering efficiency.
(1) The feed end backplate has a 45-degree angle;
(2) The main screen plate has a 0-(-5) degree incline;
(3) The screen mesh is made of pressed fabric, high-wear-resistant polyurethane, or 304 stainless steel. The screen size can be selected according to material requirements;
(4) The amplitude of the dewatering screen is adjustable from 2-6 mm.
