3. Working Principle

Utilizing dual motor drive self-synchronization technology, the shaking table is driven by winding coupling. When the two sets of shaking tables

rotate synchronously in opposite directions, the vibrational forces generated by the eccentric blocks are offset in the direction parallel to the motor shaft and stacked as a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor shaft, thereby forming a single vibration along the direction of the vibrational force. The two shafts have an angle relative to the screen surface. Under the action of the vibrating force, the screen box performs reciprocating linear motion, causing the material to be thrown upward and jump forward in a straight line on the screen surface. The V-shaped screen surface structure design further enhances the dewatering effect.
